Welcome to Right2Hope. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By registering for an account or using the platform, you explicitly agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Platform Description

Right2Hope is a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting cancer patients with experimental treatments available through various access programs. Our platform streamlines patient onboarding, supports investigational drug delivery and accountability, provides electronic informed consent (eICF) tools, and enables automated patient reminders, offering seamless interaction and application management for patients, providers, and biopharma companies.

3. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: The platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Additional eligibility criteria, such as professional credentials for providers and sponsors or geographic restrictions, may apply.
  • Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or other breaches. Users may appeal such actions by contacting us directly.

4. Services Provided

  • Patients: Search for relevant programs, manage health information securely, and receive automated updates on new treatment opportunities.
  • Providers: Search for suitable programs on behalf of patients, manage applications, track patient progress, submit multiple single-or multiple patient access requests.
  • Sponsors: Add and manage treatment programs, analyze treatment data, and track program performance using integrated data collection tools.

5. Data Privacy and Security

  • Compliance: Our platform adheres to HIPAA and GDPR regulations, ensuring the highest standards of data protection.
  • Data Use: By using our platform, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data sharing with third parties is limited and occurs only with user consent or as required by law.
  • Security: We employ advanced security measures to safeguard all personal and health information, ensuring compliance with healthcare and data protection regulations.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information they provide and for safeguarding their account credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Right2Hope is not responsible for the clinical outcomes of patient response to experimental treatments.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, approval, or success of access programs.
  • Right2Hope is not liable for any data breaches caused by external factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the Right2Hope platform are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Right2Hope or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of any content they upload to the platform but grant Right2Hope a license to use it for the intended purposes of the platform.

9. Program Information and R2H Rank

  • Program information is sourced from trusted databases such as ClinicalTrials.gov, and pharmaceutical company press releases and websites. Information is regularly updated but may be subject to change.
  • The R2H Rank is a guideline based on program suitability criteria and is intended to assist users in identifying appropriate options. It does not guarantee program success.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Right2Hope reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the jurisdiction in which Right2Hope is registered.
